Conflict of Interest
| Current or potential vendors of a school district are required to file a conflict of interest questionnaire with the school's records administrator in accordance with chapter 176 of the Local Government Code. School districts who maintain a web site are required to post each vendor questionnaire on the district's Web site. Chapter 176 was added by H.B. 914, 79th Legislature, Regular Session. As of June 29, 2007, the Texas Ethics Commission adopted updated Forms CIS and CIQ as required by H.B. 1491, 80th Leg., Regular Session, which became effective May 25, 2007.
